About Us

Robert R. Rexrode, J.D.
Originally from Winchester, VA, Rob has been practicing debt relief law
since 1997. With a degree in Business Administration, Music Education,
Bible, and Law, he has a well-rounded perspective that helps clients get the
debt relief they seek. Recently, Rob passed the American Bar Association's
test for Consumer Bankruptcy Specialist, which is a title held by few who
practice debt relief. Music ministry has been a large part of his personal
life, and he looks at the law practice as a ministry as well. When Rob
started, Robert Rexrode, Attorney At Law, PLLC, he chose to offer
people a place to turn to in financial distress that was founded on sound
principles, in a cost-effective environment, that helped keep the cost for
clients to a minimum. To date, he has helped tens of thousands of people get
a fresh financial start. His past experience as a Realtor adds depth to his
understanding of the issues surrounding real estate and his success in loan
mitigation and stopping foreclosures.

Susan Carrichner Rexrode, C.B.A.
After more than 25 years in marketing, publishing, and business management,
Susan's entrepreneurial spirit was put on hold to battle cancer and take
care of her sick dad the last two years of his life. In 2005, she entered
into the legal field working with attorneys who knew her capabilities, and
has developed her paralegal skills to include the rare accomplishment of
"Certified Bankruptcy Assistant". In late 2006, Susan chose to venture out
with Rob as he began his first solo-practice toward helping good people who
were experiencing bad things financially. Although born in New Jersey, Susan
has lived in Knoxville for more than 30 years. She has a children's worship
service ministry, Backyard Adventures in Christ with Wilson and the
Praise Pals, and a not-for-profit venue, Shooting for Women
Alliance, that is nationally renowned that she and Rob dedicate their
personal time toward.
Our core values
We understand that people who are facing financial difficulties have very
little, if any, funds available to pursue debt relief. So, we do everything
we can to make the process as affordable and easy to complete as possible.
Clients are offered the option of making payments as we work toward getting
their case filed--with no interest, no increased costs and no hidden fees.
Free parking, ground floor access, and within minutes of the 19 counties we
serve, our office is convenient and easy to find. You will be given the time
you need to answer your questions, during a free-in-office consultation, and
be able to make an educated decision on what options are best for your
individual situation. Most importantly, we do not have set
"one-price-fits-all" fees. That way, you only pay what is needed to service
your unique needs, not a flat fee that covers more complex issues than you
may have.
For those facing foreclosure on your home, we are able to
stop the foreclosure with as little as $140 upfront costs. That means that
the mortgage company will be stopped from taking your home out from under
you and your family, and we will help you work out a payment plan that fits
your budget. But, you have to act fast because there are time restrictions
we must follow to be successful.
Basically, we come to work everyday
to help people just like you. It is a rewarding feeling when you can help
people keep their home, get out from under high medical bills, stop
astronomical interest rates and late fees on credit card debt, and get a
fresh financial start without the stress of collection calls, garnishments
and lawsuits. We would appreciate the opportunity to discuss what we may be
able to do for you and your family.
